Dumpling Keyring/Ornament

My eldest daughter has been talking about squishes all year so when it came to designing the party favours for her 9th birthday I had to go with a cute little dumpling keyring :)

I've included two options: one with engraved dumpling folds and cut out eyes, and one with engraved dumpling folds and engraved eyes.

Materials used:

• 1/8" / 3mm birch-faced poplar plywood

• 1/8" / 3mm white acrylic

• 1/8" / 3mm clear acrylic

• 1/8" / 3mm 'Sweet Pastels' Perspex in Candy Floss Blue

• 3M 468MP double-sided tape

• Gold lobster-clasp keychain

Engraved and cut dumpling options

The main image above shows the engraved dumpling - I've paint-filled the dumpling folds with beige paint and the eyes/mouth with black paint. The image below shows the dumpling with engraved dumpling folds and black acrylic eyes:

They look so sweet together :)
