Halloween Tic Tac Toe

Tic Tac Toe (noughts and crosses) is a classic children's game that is simple to learn. This template includes a base board and a piece with 9 rounded square cut outs that needs to be stuck on top to create your game. It's also a Halloween-themed Tic Tac Toe; instead of the standard O and X counters, there are cute ghost and pumpkin counters to cut!
