Introduction

The Pencil Engraving Template is designed to align and engrave text onto pencils using the jig created by the Jig Generator. By copying the configuration from the jig generator and inputting a list of names or phrases, this tool generates an SVG file that aligns the text perfectly to the jig for engraving.

Instructions

1. Paste Jig Configuration:

   • Copy the configuration from the Jig Generator.

     

   • Paste the configuration into the jigConfig parameter in this template.

2. Input Names or Phrases:

   • Enter the list of names or phrases you want to engrave on the pencils.

   • Choose the desired font size and type for the text.

3. Generate File:

   • The tool will recreate the layout and spacing of the jig based on the pasted configuration.

   • It will align the text to the jig, ensuring perfect placement for engraving.

4. Export and Engrave:

   • Turn off the preview mode.

   • Export the generated file.

   • Use the exported file with the board outline to match up with the jig board.
