# Child Drawing Ornament

A keepsake Christmas ornament cut to the shape of your child's actual drawing — they draw in marker, and the template engraves it onto a ornament with the year & text underneath. A sweet annual tradition or a thoughtful gift.

## Tips:

-   Get the kid to draw with a thick black marker on plain white paper — cleaner contrast = cleaner engrave. Snap a photo or scan, crop tight to the writing with no extra background, and upload as a PNG or JPG.
    
-   You may need to adjust the text amd year position and scale parameters to make it appear more centrally on the ornament.
    
-   Size will automatically be adjusted to the width parameter
    
-   Make a fresh one each year — kids' drawings changes so quickly, and you'll end up with a beautiful collection lined up on the tree.
    
-   Remove the hole and turn it into a fridge magnet or wall art
