## Image Prep

When uploading a photo, you will want to remove the background & crop the image so that only the person/pet appears in your design. You can do this using **Canva Pro**, or with a free background-removal tool such as [**remove.bg**](http://remove.bg/)**, Adobe Express or PhotoRoom**.

On newer iPhones and iPads, you can also open the image in the Photos app, press and hold the person, and then copy or share the cut-out.
