Create a one-of-a-kind keepsake with this DIY Christmas Tree Ornament! Personalize the tree pot with a name, color the ornament pieces, then mix and match the bows, candy canes, hearts, stars, and baubles to decorate your tree.

Instructions

  1. Personalize the ornament.
    Add your desired name or text to the tree pot before cutting.

  2. Color the pieces.
    Color or paint the Christmas tree, pot, topper, ornaments, bows, candy canes, hearts, stars, and other decorative pieces using paint markers, acrylic paint, or your preferred coloring supplies. Let everything dry completely.

  3. Arrange the decorations.
    Choose your favorite decorative pieces and arrange them on the tree.

  4. Attach the pieces.
    Glue or affix the selected decorations to the Christmas tree ornament.

  5. Let the ornament dry.
    Allow all adhesive to dry completely before handling or hanging.

  6. Add the hanging cord.
    Thread ribbon, cord, or twine through the hole at the top and tie securely.
