# Personalized Star Tassel Display Ornament

Create a festive keepsake with this Personalized Star Tassel Display Ornament, featuring layered stars, beads, tassels, and space for your own custom text and year. Keep it at the larger size to use as a decorative display, or size it down to create a traditional Christmas ornament. Just check the box to add a hanging hole at the top.

## Instructions:

1.  **Color or paint the details (optional).**  
    Color or paint the scored details on the tassel and bow pieces using paint markers, acrylic paint, or your preferred coloring supplies. Let them dry completely before assembling.
    
2.  **Attach the bow.**  
    Glue or affix the bow to the top of the backer, using the outer edge of the backer to help align it in place.
    
3.  **Add the beads, stars and tassels.**  
    Glue or affix the individual bead, star and tassel lining up with the scored details lines.
    
4.  **Let everything dry.**  
    Allow all glued pieces to dry completely before moving or displaying the finished design.
    
5.  **Add a hanger, if desired.**  
    If you added the optional hanging hole, thread string or ribbon through the hole to use the design as an ornament. Otherwise, display it as a decorative holiday piece.

1/8" Acrylic (shown is Pale Gold Mirror and Dark Sage Green from Houston Acrylic, Abstract Pastel Christmas Splotches from CMB and pink and light green)

1/8" Plywood (shown is Medium Maple Plywood from Glowforge)
