Instructions:

   Color or paint the score/engraved details.

2. Attach the hat pieces.
   Glue or affix the hat cuff and pom-pom pieces to the hat.

3. Add the text.
   Glue or affix the text to the hat cuff.

4. Let dry completely.
   Allow all glue or adhesive to dry fully before handling.

5. Add cord or ribbon.
   Thread cord, ribbon, or twine through the hole to hang or attach the tag.
