Create a personalized acrylic gamer stand that holds one game controller and one gaming headset.
The engraved acrylic panel fits into an LED light base, allowing the design to light up. The stand includes slotted support pieces that can be adjusted to suit your acrylic thickness and laser kerf.

Parameters
Name
Enter the name you would like engraved on the front panel. The connected text layers will update automatically.
Material Thickness
Enter the actual measured thickness of your acrylic. Acrylic can vary slightly from its listed thickness, so measuring it with digital calipers or using a slot sizer is recommended.
Kerf
Enter the amount of material removed by your laser during cutting. This helps adjust the tabs and slots for a better fit. Complete a kerf test with your machine and material before cutting the full stand.
Base Slot Length
Enter the length of the opening in your LED light base. This adjusts the width of the acrylic insert so it fits into the base. Measure the usable opening of your base rather than the full length of the base.
Base Insert Depth
Controls how far the engraved acrylic panel extends into the slot of the LED light base. Adjust this measurement if you are using a different style of base.
Test Your Fit Before Cutting
Acrylic thickness and laser kerf can vary between materials and machines. Always complete a test cut before cutting the full stand.

The base parameters in this file are set to match the LED base used for the sample. The measurements used were a 3.15-inch Base Slot Length and a 0.65-inch Base Slot Depth. These parameters can be changed to accommodate other LED base styles.
