Basketball Shaker Name Tag

Create this Basketball Shaker Name Tag by updating the name. You can choose from two styles, shaker or double layered (orange backer with black lines on top). Personalize with your choice of font. If you choose the shaker tag style, glitter/sequin confetti or polymer clay pieces make a great filler.

Materials Used

• 1/8" Matte Tangerine acrylic (Houston Acrylic)

• 1/8" Matte Black acrylic (Houston Acrylic)

• 1/8" White acrylic (Houston Acrylic, CMB Acrylic)

• 1/8" Clear acrylic (Houston Acrylic), only for shaker

• For shaker: polymer clay pieces, glitter, sequin confetti (can get at local craft store, Amazon, Michaels, etc.)

Tip

• Cut the shaker spacer with 3M on each side for clean and easy assembly.

• Make sure your shaker pieces are thinner than the thickness of your shaker spacer, so they have room to move between the acrylic.
