Create a name puzzle. For longer names you'll want to adjust the font size.  
This project requires 2 separate prints - one of the backer and one of the letters.

Adjust the backer and text size for larger boards.

Is it possible to make this as an SVG as well? I would like to laser cut the base and 3D print the letters :)
