Choose your final paper's width and adjust space desired between semi-circles and that's (nearly) it.

You can chose to make a full sphere by checking "Bifacial" option. You'll have identical parts attached to fold (and maintain in opposite side).

Add a (contrasted) cover to make it popout nicely. Bonus: it's so satisfying to slide it over semi-circles.
